Does it 'cloud' on all channels and inputs or just sky? Have you tried another hdmi cable in case the one you have is faulty?

It dont Cloud on the HD channels maybe its cause im getting to watch HD channels and so when i look at SD channels they look worse.

SKY HD boxes have a flaw in them in that SD pictures are either badly scaled, badly deinterlaced or both

Change the setting to 1080i for everything (which means the picture will be scaled but NOT deinterlaced and hopefully should look better as its inbuilt deinterlacer is awful)

Other option is to connect a scart for SD viewing (meaning the box niether upscales nor deinterlaces)

Or it could be your tvs not upto the job (In which case select 720P instead so the skybox does it all)

Id suggest a change of hdmi cable though as its possible its running beyond its limits (Upscaled SD pics actually use more bandwidth than 1080i!)
