I have a LCD TV and last couple of days it looks like it keeps Flickering and the screen looks like there is a fog in front of it.
The Flickering happens when a Program switches from one view to the next view(if you understand what i mean!!!)
Also it looks like it is foggy a bit as well on the screen and i have lowered the Contrast with no luck.
Any help please.

You may want to try some of the suggestions on the sky help site

Basically check the cables and unplug them at both ends. Check if it just happens on skyhd or terrestrial as well. Unplug any other devices, dvd, ps3 etc to eliminate them.0 -

Have you tried a different TV? the easy way to establish if its the TV or not

Im waiting for someone to suggest expensive or gold plated HDMI leads..... So I can shoot them down
Got into an argument with a guy some years ago about gold plated scart leads and digital electronic principles......... In the end I did a test between a cheap scart lead and one of his gold plated one's, he actually picked out the cheap one as being his own gold plated!!! lol
Had a similar converstion in Curry's with a sales chap.
The HDMI leads that PCW/Curry's sell for £95(ish), they actually buy in for less than £20 (friend worked there).“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”
