Anyone know when this is gonna be coming out on contract as Orange just keep saying they dont know?

it's out on contract now. it's exclusive to orange and it is available now payg. i work for the company that has the exclusive to this phone so i don't know if i can post a link???

oh, and it has an unconditional 3 year warrenty

it isn't on the orange website. it's simpaired with orange. i'll pm you some sites you can get it from.

I saw this in Tesco, Silverburn (Glasgow) last weekend and think it is a contract phone (not on the side displaying PAYG phones where I was mainly looking). As for which network, I'm not sure.

So, Tesco stock it in larger stores by the looks of it.
