    Are you a business?

No, I have the card as an additional card holder, the main member is a business. I buy personal things on it, like the iron, food etc. The main member buys business items.

Hey, that was a little harsh, i think the OP was just girding the old loins and certainly i think no disrespect was intended.

The advantage of buying from these type of places is that within the first year, you can return items,no questions asked-a big plus in my eyes.

A lot of the items Makro sell state not for business use, or for domestic use only.

The instruction manual for the iron, states for domestic use only.

But after nearly two years I think the OP's options are going to be severely limited.

It is arguable that you acted as a consumer even though it was a business to "business" sale. Seek legal advice.

I don't think that's relevant (sorry for being so rude earlier, btw).

This is where you sign up:

I don't think there can be scope for misinterpretation. You do not shop at Makro as a consumer and you are not covered by consumer protection legislation.

Arf - that's quite amusing. But what's a chocolate bunny got to do with anything?
