Iron bought from Makro - are they exempt from consumer rights?

    Yes, had it about 15 years from a previous employer. Honestly, these cards are not hard to get!
  • Maybe so but do you really think that if you continue using this card through choice and contrary to the terms to get one that you should be then covered by the consumer protection laws.

    Yet again, neither Makro or any other company, can contract out of law.
  • But they have a signed declaration stating you have the card for business purposes.

    So they will kick me out of the scheme. But that doesn't change the law!!!!!

    Not sure I understand the question? When would Makro and customer be B2b? Whenever the customer is acting in the course of a trade or business.

    Makro only issues cards to people for business purposes thus anyone using said card as a matter of fact is transacting on business purposes.
