Best Value Contract Out There?

I dont want anything too flashy. I'm not going to be going over 300 minutes or 300 texts per month (although to be on the safe side could maybe do with a few more texts). I dont need an all singing all dancing phone, I just want something reliable and with a decent camera/video, mp3 player and speaker would be nice.

Virgin will offer me an 18 month £18 p/m contract with a decent choice of phones and 300 minutes/unlimited texts, will I get better than that?

Not especially bothered about internet access on the phone but if it comes as a free extra on a good value package let me know.

Just looking for ideas as to what is out there. I am currently on a sim only deal with Virgin but want to switch to a contract.

depends really how long you want to tie in for and what phone you want. mobiles.co.uk have good deals which you might wanna check out as the compare all the networks and have decent phones as well.
