Lost2: you are also right, it is absolutely none of my business what she earns etc etc BUT..... She has caused an untold amount of stress to my brother and more importantly, my mam and dad so that in itsself is enough for me to make it very personal indeed!!

Not being funny leftatthelights having been been on your x sister in laws end of things I know what it like. My x hubby told people that I cleaned out the bank account and took all the furniture, when all I had was an empty flat with nothing in it I got an old mattress from the local church which was on the floor and an old 3 piece suit and £32 in my purse till I got paid 2 weeks later

If she is not declaring the income to the OR but is paying tax on it then she may be in for a nasty shock.

The OR will normally get sent end of year tax records from HMRC (so I'm told), and when that happens it will get flagged up.
