mbna ppi reclaim?

i just spoke to mbna and was told my application was on the internet,and the ppi is applied by ticking a box.i am unsure whether it was ticked and left for people to untick.what are my chances of success

Hi there
The link that Orford posted is useful in regards of reclaiming PPI.
However, while I am here, you can still try, there have still be success and if this goes as far as the FOS they know how these work and are getting used to receiving all the online sales.
A few of my mates have been successful with online sales, so keep at them.
