Try this
Go to Start; Control Panel; Add or Remove Programs;
click on Antivir and click on "change"
Select "Change program" and click next
There are 4 choices:
select Antivir Guard and click next
This will install the necessary files.
Click finish, restart your computer and try Antivir
You should be able to activate your guard.
Thanks for this. Unfortunately it still is not working.
The umbrella is still closed at the bottom of the screen and it is still saying guard unknown. Any other ideas. Thank you so much. Mortgage FreeSave £5,000 in 2020[CENTER:j0 -
Double click umbrella and see if you can activate,if not download again from http://www.filehippo.com/download_antivir/
No need to uninstall it will be done during new installation0
