Quoting two people in one reply

Options
Hi there,

I have been using MSE for a while and have never worked out how to quote two different people in one reply.

When I want to respond to two different thread replies I have to create two replies myself with one quote in each.

Could someone just tell me how to do this, please?

Thank you.

P.S. Sorry if this is a really dumb question!

Click the MultiQuote button multiquote_off.gif on each post in the thread you want to quote.

It will just go red (like this multiquote_on.gif) to show that post is selected for "MultiQuote".

Then click the reply.gif button at the end of the thread you are replying to.

The posts you selected will then appear quoted in your reply box.

You can then edit the quotes if needed, and add your reply to them.
