London Scottish Bank Plc, aka: London Scottish Bank Ltd, aka: London Scottish Finance Ltd.
I am aware that the above entity(ies) are in administration and you are handling the Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) claims and unfair interest charges brought against them.

Re PPI: Account numbers: xxxx xxxx xxxx
I purchased policies from London Scottish Bank dated xxx, xxx and xxx in relation to these respective loans and I believe that I was not given the correct information when the policies were sold to me.

This is due to the fact that the salesperson stated at the time, that taking out the policy would assist my credit application. I was not told the policy was optional and was put in a position where I felt I could not say no if indeed I wanted to secure the loans. I am concerned that the policies were not sold in my best interests.

Re Interest Charges: Account numbers: xxxx xxxx xxxx
I believe that the interest charged (in the order of 47.9%) on these accounts to be unfair. I am writing to request the repayment of this interest.
Re Default Charges: Account numbers: xxxx xxxx xxxx
I am writing to request that you repay with interest all the default charges that have been applied to my account since xxxx. I do not believe these charges reflect the true cost to London Scottish of going into default.
I shall be happy to provide any specific details you may require in order to progress my claim.

I look forward to hearing from you accordingly.

Anyone around to take a quick look..i want to get this out as I cant really face going home and finding another demand of £8k plus from them.
