Legal Protection - Boundary Disputes not covered

I have recently checked the small print in my Tesco Buildings policy to find that if a neighbour creates a problem or takes me to court the Family Legal Protection clause will not cover me for any costs in defending myself !! Some protection !! Does anyone know of a company that will provide cover from nasty neighbours ?
