1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 years except employees of BIC UK Ltd or anyone connected with the administration of this promotion, or any members of their respective families.
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter the prize draw. Participants can enter the draw simply by completing and submitting the entry form online before the closing date.
3. The closing date for receipt of entries is 5:00 p.m. on Friday 31st July 2009 Entries received after that date and time will not be entered into the prize draw.
4. 5. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
6. There is a limit of one entry per person. Spammers and entries received by bulk will be disqualified.
7. Delayed entries, entries in the incorrect format or entries submitted by bulk competition entry organisations on an entrant's behalf will not be accepted. Entries cannot be returned.
8. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost through technical fault, incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
9. The winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries in an independently supervised prize draw. The draw will take place on Wednesday 5th August 2009.
10. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
11. Winners will be notified by email by Friday 7th August 2009. Winners have five (5) business working days from this date to respond to the email and provide full details as requested in the email or another winner will be drawn.
12. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
13. Details of the winner(s) name and county only will be posted on www.feelthesoleil.co.uk for a period of 6 weeks from Monday 10th August 2009
14. Entrants agree that, by entering the Competition, if they win, the promoter shall have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, town of residence and photograph for the purposes of announcing the winners of the competition and for any publicity generated as a result of the Competition, on websites, magazines or mobile services at any time.
15. By submitting their entry, entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agreed to allow the promoter to process and deal with the personal information that they supply on the entry form for the purposes of administration, internal analysis.
16. These rules shall be governed by English law any dispute with regard to the rules, their content or interpretation shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
