Vodaphone Netbook Contract

My daughter took out a contract with Vodaphone for a Netbook. She returned it to the Vodaphone shop (with myself) within the specified return period in January 2009 as requested by Vodaphone, as she did not want to continue with it. Since then she has been hassled by Vodaphone for money. They actually also took money from her bank account after the contract was cancelled and it appears Vodaphone clearly think she still has the Netbook. They have not responded to 3 letters sent explaining that it was returned, and that they owe her money. They are phoning her every day and say they have referred her to debt collectors. This is very distressing for her. As vodaphone will not reply who can we take this to?

Persistent letters to Vodafone and Ofcom should get the job done.

Has this been resolved for your daughter yet?

If not, could you ask her to send us an email using the Contact Us form on the Vodafone website with her details.

When sending the email she'll also need to state 'FAO Web Relations Team' in the subject bar and in the body of the email include the URL from this thread together with the code FIT135.

Once we've got it we'll get back to her as quickly as possible to get this resolved.
