Citroen or Toyota?

    Just rung up to ask about servicing, the Citroen is £156 for the 1st one at 10,0000, Toyota £77, with the `big` service coming in at £151 at 40,000.

    Looks like i`ll be getting the toyota

    The only flaw in your logic is that the Pug 107, Toyota Aygo and Citreon C1 are all the same car made in the same factory by the same people so they in theory will be as reliable as each other.

    The engine is a Toyota design and it is built to normal toyota standards so the french versions should be just as good as the toyota.

    That's definitely true. The trouble is the person buying the car from you three years down the line may not know that and just look at Toyotas because of Citroen's poor reputation.
    Look at the difference in values between a VW Sharan and a Seat Alhambra. Not too bad now but it used to be 10-20% for exactly the same car.
    I've got two Toyotas BTW (if you count Lexus). Really pleased with them.
