Internet connection working-unable to display page?

Open internet settings as before and click connections tab and then the lan settings button now make sure the bottom option about using a proxy is unticked and ok out0

have tried to follow everything but even more difficulty now.
have lost the internet connection, router connection & wireless connection & the pc seems to have reverted back to an older state with no option to restore via system restore?0
