Eep, I'm just about to give these folks a try. I think with most large hardware commerce companies as soon as something that doesn't quite fit in with the day to day workings occurs things fall apart. Appreciate you taking the time to post this and I will be ensuring the parts are to be delivered to my work to ensure minimal fuss. Hope this delivery company (DPS I believe they are using at the moment) do a good job of taking care of my precious goods!

So I made my order, next day delivery. It arrived no problem however it was RAM and the packaging wasn't excellent so the chips were rolling around in the box. Mildly miffed, have the feeling someone returned some RAM at some point, it was tested OK and then sold to me (thus the already opened packaging) which is fair enough but just need a bit of celotape! Will give it a bash tonight, I expect no problems either way. I will rate my experience a mild 7/10 so far =) Also now a member on the overclockers forum which is full of very useful computery advice.

I have had many problems with OCUK in the past, icluding:

    1. Non delivery
    2. Receiving second hand goods when sold new
    3. Being banned from their forums when daring to complain (many others have been too)
    4. Selling goods they KNOW were faulty after the manufacturer recalled them
    5. Recorded letters igored

Just google them and you will see what an unpopular company it is!
Not just a few instances either.......i have rarely seen so many unhappy people.
I wouldnt use these cowboys if they where half the price of anyone else.

    Use http:www.scan.co.uk or http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/
Both have knowledgeable and polite people on the phone and have good prices.
