so i had 3 loans with them, 1st one has £1800 ppi, 2nd - £2250 and 3rd £9086
are you saying that I could only go for one of them using one of these companies?
Say I go for the big one, what is the likely amount that would be claimed.
And if they do pay up would it be easier to go for the other two as they have admitted they were wrong?

No pain at all. decent questions. The reason the lender has to pay the fees is legally they have no choice. Litigation laws allow you to claim your fees from the losing side. They certainly dont do it for love.
It is hard to say how much exactly you would get back but we tend to give a ball park figure of around double the intial premium.
Depending on when the loans were taken out and how long you had them I would seek to go for all three.I am a former Broker, former IFA and former compliance officer, for my sins.
However, I have since seen the light.0
