Setanta - cancelling?

I subsrcibe direct to Setanta (£12.99 pm).
With their current state, how can I cancel? I don't think it's as simple as just stopping the direct debit payment, as they are still broadcasting Setana Ireland, and the club channels which are part of the package, so by just stopping the direct debit, that would put me in default of the contract.
There is no information on the website and the number on screen is just a recorded message that gives a PO box to write to.

It's a shame, were fairly good channels, though at times ropey picture quality, just the customer services for those who paid direct was awful. We were getting it included (won't call it free, as it wasn't free, as if I paid no money I got no channels) with cable and admit we do miss the channels. It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0
