Free upgrade to Lufthansa Italia Business Class with an Economy Class ticket between Heathrow and Milan priced at £250 or more (including taxes, fees and charges)

The application for the free upgrade must be made via lufthansa.com/milanoffer, at least 24 hours before departure.
Offer only valid on scheduled flights with Lufthansa Italia between London Heathrow and Milan Malpensa with flight numbers LH1870, LH1871, LH1872, LH1873, LH1874, LH1875, LH1876, LH1877, LH1878, LH1879, LH1880 and LH1881.

I flew business class on Alitalia once. Worst service I have ever had on a full service airline. The business lounge at Milan was scruffier than most student common rooms
