  • Phone them up and ask!

If you don't ask you don't get.

If you have another phone you could use the SIM card in, you could always either ask the police if they would give you the SIM card back or ask o2 if they will send you another SIM card for free.

If you really feel annoyed contact your MP, this is the kind of thing they may help with.

ring 02 and ask them to cancel your current sim and send you out a new one. (The police won't give you the current one back until they're done with it). can't see any problem getting it cancelled and having a new one sent out to put in a temporary handset though....

    good Luck

The best thing you can do is contact O2 or visit one of their stores and ask for a sim card to be sent out or sold to you over the counter. The likleyhood is you will have to pay for it as yours is not damaged or broken.

When you receive it give customer services a call and register the sim card with them.

Alternitavley pop along to your local o2 store and they should ring customer service whilst your there and get it sorted. The main thing the cost of sim card will be £10 and should be sorted in no time, i have heard quite a few horror stories though when they are sent through the post.

    Hope this helps

Is the sim card being used as evidence as well? Because if it is cancelled the police will not be able to access information on it.
