Would be interested too.
Found the terms and conditions PDF, but not the application form. For the ISA:

For the 5 year bond:

I notice they didn't link to a PDF on the offer documents. Did the 'online application' just print off a form for you to post (some building societies are like that) or did it submit the data to Newcastle and just give you an address to post your cheque?
Presumably there would be paper forms for people to submit in a branch? Anyone have one they can scan?0 -
Just email them for the transfer form. They reply very quickly.

Transfer form isn't a problem, it's the postal application form we want since they'll still accept postal application. But as the applications process is closed I suspect they aren't going to give us one if we haven't already applied.0

Exactly! Can someone who applied please confirm it it was online account application only OR if you could do it via a downloadable form (which is what we are after)

Thanks
The five year bond (non-ISA) could be applied for via a postal application instead of an online application, but I don't know if it was the same with the ISA version.
(I have a pdf of the postal application for the 5 year bond, but not for the 5 year ISA, sorry.)I want to move to theory. Everything works in theory.0 -
Does anyone have the pdf. 5 year bond application they could link here somehow - it seems to have disappeared from the site ?
Thanks in advance

I'm sure some folks would be most interested in a link to the form ;-)
Where did you obtain it from? As I look at the old bond and ISA pages on Google Cache, I can only see links to the online application process and not to a PDF form (like they have for the Fixed Rate Options Bond). I've done some digging around Google Cache but not found anything, but it might help if I knew where to look.0 -

I don't have a link for it; I downloaded the PDF for the postal application onto my computer when it was still on their site (but then I did an online application instead).
I couldn't find a link in Google cache either.
Whoever is interested, send me a PM with your email address and I'll email you the PDF.
Just to reiterate -- I have ONLY the PDF for the Newcastle NON-ISA 5 year fixed rate bond postal application, NOT the one for the ISA version.

Did anyone else select their initial deposit to be made by DD after cutoff date of the 24th for cheque deposits?0

Having had a further look, I think we can be a bit clever about this.
All their application forms are basically the same. It's just the details at the top that change. For example:
IAF QDA
Fixed Rate Options ISA (Issue 32)
Index Code: POCISA
Internet Code: 001J865
and possibly the last line on the second page:
DEV188A (March 2009)
(that from the ISA+3 form - the FROI32 doesn't have that line)
Looking at the current range of forms, it's only the title and the first line (IAF QDA) that really change (and perhaps the typeface of the IAF QDA). So if we know the four lines above we can modify one of their existing forms to target the 5 year ISA.
Does anyone have any version of the 5 Year ISA form (eg on paper) that gives the above details and can tell us what they are? And confirm that the rest is the same as the other forms like the FROI 32 form? If we know the changes, we can change the existing forms to match.0
