A definite scam. Did follow some link or bookmark? The link could be phishing attack and virus/trojans can change bookmarks. Do a virus/spyware sacn. If you have access to another computer that you trust go to the halifax login page - you should see the original version.0

Mine is just asking for usual username/password and one security question.
I had emails from 'Alliance and Leicester' and 'Co-Op' banks which is quite worrying, but I have excellent anti-virus and I've used both internet banking sites since and there's nothing out of the ordinary on there - but it seems these scams are starting up again with a vengeance!!!*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200
