Been charged twice for flight - Malev

Last week I purchased online a return to Budapest with Malev. After the booking I didn’t receive a confirmation or eticket so emailed their customer service who replied stating had no one book a flight with my name on that day. I said I would rebook but wanted to ensure I wasn’t changed twice, I was reassured this wouldn’t happen.
So I rebooked the ticket and managed to get it at the same price. This time I got confirmation emails.
Now today I I look at my account to see I have indeed been charged twice.
I have tried their contact number (0870 9090577) which just is on hold for 15 minutes then cuts off. Also have tried their online customer support which is working (SMTP host error)
Does anyone know any other contact details as I want to complain as soon as possible and get my refund.
Any advice welcome.

    It's the US branch of Malev. I have used that number when I couldn't get ahold of anyone with the UK branch.
