Are there any pictures of this remote anywhere on the net?

I just feel a bit silly phoning to ask when I'm freesat but you never know they may offer me a cheap deal if I'm lucky, if they did I may consider going back on again

On the phone for it - they say there's a charge for £22 for it.

Explained about the advert and it being free and he's gone to talk to them again.

ETA: Told the first man it was meant to be free as that's what it said in my portal and he went to double check and then put me through to the department and it was all sorted within a couple of minutes and one is being sent out. Thanks, perfect for my grandad :)

I got a free Remote - by emailing the department on Accessible.CustomerService@BSkyB.com (just quote your customer number) -it did take about 2 months to arrive - but it did and it was free (it is a Sky Plus remote with ribs to help holding)
Plus - I managed to obtain a good deal - £20 for 12 months - as long as I kept the same package as I am on now - saving me £16 per month....

I contacted sky by email regarding the remote control and have received a reply asking which version would I like:
I can advise that we have two models, one being a Bubble Version which has larger buttons, also a Strap version which assists our customers with dexterity problems.
Are they the same but one with strap? Does anyone know? Can anyone advise?

My "bubble version" has normal sized keys - just bubbles/ribs to make holding it easier
