I follow these boards quite closely but hadn't seen any mention of this deal.
Thought is was worth flagging up anyway. Might be worthwhile for HSBC Premier bank account or Bank Account Plus holders, if they have a large Cash Mini ISA stashes. Also pays interest monthly. Note interest bonus is for 6months only.

Up to £15,000 Tax Free 4.91 Gross 4.76 AER
£15,000+ Tax Free 5.39 Gross 5.26 AER
If you qualify, this beats the A&L Direct ISA Issue 2 for the first 6 months at current interest rates. Otherwise though I guess A&L is better for a more stable relationship and less hoops to jump through.
