I doubt that very much.Just been on the Child Maintenance options site and done a quick calculation and your MA should go down for each child that is not yours in your ex-partners householdHit the snitch button!member #1 of the official warning clique.

A NRP will get a reduction in child support if the NRP has other children living in his/her house, not the PWC house.Hit the snitch button!member #1 of the official warning clique.

Since the recent changes in the CSA I don't think any changes matter concerning the pwc anyway do they under new rules. A friend of mine rang to say she had a change to report and was told she didn't need to tell the CSA anymore it is only NRP changes they are interested in0

Sorry my new rules is rusty, you are right its extra child in nrp house but he still wouldn't be expected to pay for a child which wasn't his which I think was the original debate
So i assume you didn't actually use the calculator, that your talking about in your post thenJust been on the Child Maintenance options site and done a quick calculation and your MA should go down for each child that is not yours in your ex-partners household
because it's pretty clear. Hit the snitch button!member #1 of the official warning clique.

I did go to the calculator and read it incorrectly as it is the first time I have looked at it as in my personal life I have no need to use it. We all make mistakesSo i assume you didn't actually use the calculator, that your talking about in your post then

Under the old rules, there would be 2 cases so the maintenance requirement would be split between them which would actually mean that the MR for child 1 would be LESS than it would have otherwise have been - so in answer to the original question no, the original NRP would not pay mre but could pay LESS but the worst case scenario is that it remained the same.0

I think I had my old rules head on when I posted earlier, because I knew there was a senario where the nrp ma would go down. All the new rules is based on is nrp income and % for the qc'skelloggs36 wrote: »Under the old rules, there would be 2 cases so the maintenance requirement would be split between them which would actually mean that the MR for child 1 would be LESS than it would have otherwise have been - so in answer to the original question no, the original NRP would not pay mre but could pay LESS but the worst case scenario is that it remained the same.0 -

pwc has a new child so the nrp needs to pay more because it costs more in the house.
I hope you are wrong.
The fella will end up paying for someone else's sprog (effectively) otherwise.0 -
