maintenance if pwc and another man have baby

what happens if you have got a private agreement with the pwc and are paying them more than than the pwc would get going through csa as she was on benefits. eg, 30 quid aweek when they would get 20quid off the csa.

the the pwc and her new fella have another kid and she doesnt work but he does, how does this affect what she will be getting if the csa get involved.

will she be entitled to it all or just the 20 quid she is now??

    1. If the pwc is on benefits she must declare the full amount if not it's fraud. Her IS will be reduced by the amount of CS she gets.

    2. I don't think the new child would affect your payments.

instead of paying 15 percent of your wages for one then you will have to pay 20 percent of your wages for 2 kids to the PWC.

no i dont mean that, i mean say the csa tell the nrp to pay 50 pound aweek

obviously she is only allowed to get 20 pound if unemployed. if she has a second child, with her new partner NOT THE NRP, will she recieve all the money £50 aweek?

as her benefits would be cut as her new ella would work full time??

EDIT sorry for the confussing post :)

If her new fella works full time and she is a SAHM and has no IS or JSA then yes she would get the full amount of CS.

I couldnt get passed pwc 2 kids nrp pays the 20 percent for both. when I posted it and read it it made no sense lol. Ahem ok NEXT

Hang on though, a new baby in the house will cost more so pwc has less to spend on the older child so does the nrp not have to pay more because of this because a baby costs more than older children do? its not the older childs fault that its mother had a baby.

Actually just had another thought (first one was getting lonely:o) the nrp wouldnt have to pay more because, what I said above, well i'm saying the nrp is to pay for his pwc's child and new partner nothing to do with the nrp:confused: right or wrong??? but there would be less money for the older child with a baby in the house which is the responsibility of the nrp so he should pay more then.

Someone get the straighteners out quick because I cant decide which way for this:eek:

    Are you drunk?

If PWC lives with a partner who works full time, and receives child support from a former partner, then nothing will change for the NRP - the PWC gets all the maintenance. The household finances will be more challenged due to the new child, but that is what happens when you have more children. PWC may be able to claim child tax credits, but the amount they get will depend on the household income.
