o2 PAYG top up anniversary

I forgot to top up my o2 PAYG on the anniversary it was activated to get my 300 free texts but wasnt too worried as the info that came with the sim said when you do top up that will become your new anniversary.

It's just passed my new anniversary date and I topped up when I should but I haven't got my free texts.

Think I read about this a while ago in a thread - can anyone offer advice please?

It should become your new anniversary date, however I think that it can take up to 72 hours befor the texts are applied to your account.

i did this and they got back to me really quickly (was during day though not sure if they work to office hours) and told me when my new aniversary dates were.

Why dont you have a look at this link below............I think you will have your doubts cleared..........others you can always mail them as advised by tigs.......

Mine anniversary date is today the 4th of april and i did topped up with 10P a few days back.........but when will my free 100 mins come.......is it today the 4th or tomorrow the 5th April........well i assumed that it will come at 12 midnight but didnt come........so lets see........otherwise will have to mail them
