o2 same fault again :(
unfortunatly i have had the same fault with my o2 n95 8gb 3 times now, this is the 3rd time im sending it off for a replacement 
i have asked o2 for a replacement handset (different model) and they have said i cant until it happens again.
have i got a right to get a replacement???
also can i choose a replacement or will they just offer me one??

They'll replace after changing 3 times, they offer you 3 models which are similar.0
