Okay we are in the Old Trafford Lodge and my train gets in at 2pm Manchester Piccadilly...:D

DD wont get home till 1.15 and she wants to wash her hair

She promises me she'll be quick so we could maybe get there for round 2 - 2.15 ish. Do you want to meet us at the station?

That's the one. :D I'm convinced this year will be perfect! Last year wasn't too bad, the first one I ever went to. Next year I doubt I'm going, it's great, but so expensive when you're a DFW. :o All my bf's fault of course...

Just looked on metcheck and the forecast is fantastic.
Cross cos I've got to spend most of the day and all evening tomorrow in County Office at Leicester.
Never mind - at least we should be outside for the hog roast tonight.

Thanks Squizzer, I got some new running gear at the weekend. I no longer have the excuse that my running gear is in the wash :rotfl: and I ordered my garmin yesterday....gertie garmin is coming tomorrow......

Enjoy Glasto Tirlittan - mmm usually means rain!

    Ooh exciting new Garmin :D

Yeah I use that excuse sometimes.. :o plus cos there's only me I generally only do washing once or twice a week so it'll be really useful to have more.

    Morning all

Just wanted to wish those going to TT a lovely time....looks like you've got a gorgeous day/evening for it

I'm off to the beach in a mo - going to be a sad billy no mates and sit there on my own with a book and some HM flapjack....being a SAHM is fab but when they're at school all day and all my friends are at work it does get a little boring.

Bookie - Chin up - don't look at each step as a daunting step into the unkown, think of it as climbing out of the hole....each step takes you that one bit closer.

Did SRM (I think it was SRM) DH find out about his job??

    I can feel the excitement!

I'm at home today (and the rest of the week) :( going into hospital tomorrow for a small 'procedure' which I'm not looking forward to but hey ho.
PLUS... I've kept Jess off school today because her face, arms and legs are covered in a very red rash. She feels fine but taking her to see the nurse practitioner at 11.20

Have a great time at the concert girlies, we want pics!!!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
