Moving house, which broadband?

I am just about to move to a rental property and am looking for a short contract broadband supplier.....the exchange (CHUDLEIGH) only has talktalk llu so that rules out alot of the other llu suppliers....
we are fairly heavy users of the internet so either unlimited access or say 30gb peak unlimited unpeak will be best for us...so far i have found...
bt line rental+ adsl24 home 30
" "+ UKFSN
" "+ Freedom2Surf
Utility Warehouse Broadcall (bit sceptical of them though read bad things...)
anyone got any advice or experiences of these isp's?
reason we want a short term contract is if we move again into an area where we can get cable/sky llu service then we would want to move back to that....
thanks for any help!

AOL wireless flexi is a one month option and you can get it on non-llu exchanges, but it costs £5 more per month...
Eclipse and Zen also do minimum contract products... Eclipse is llu, but Zen still uses normal BT adslmax wholesale so you might be able to get it..
There is a postcode checker with the minimum contract broadband providers here: http://www.chooseisp.co.uk/compare/broadband/no-contract.asp0
