water related CCJ - need help please

in Water bills
We had through a bill for the sewerage section of our water (we pay two companies) for our previous address. we paid this earlier in the year - 1st april. then first week in june it seems like they took us to court. we have just had through court paper work with the figure we owed £126 plus £90 court costs then minus £126 so they know we had already paid!
We dont have a clue what is going on or what to do. We were going to pay the £90 immediately and then get some advice on what we need to do to remove the CCJ as it was not a debt as we had paid it two months before. but we checked and to do this will cost £75 on top and it may still stay on our records - i have been working hard for 3 years to get my credit history back to green for go and now this (i have never had a CCJ before and i am exceptionally upset and angry as in my head they cant take us to court when we have paid a bill in full :mad::mad::mad:)
Can someone please help as we dont know what to do at all...

Have you called your water company ?
You need to speak to their debit advise/ credit management department and find out exactly what they took you to court for. When and whyThere is a race of men that don't fit in; A race that can't stand still;
