We had someone from Kitchens Diretc. He was here 4 hours before we could get rid of him - he started off being very pleasant, but when we would not commit and said we wanted to think about it he became very unpleasant and intimidating - not a nice experience at all. Whatever you do - if you do meet with them, make sure you have someone else there with you. I would definitely not recommend them. I'm very happy with out ikea kitchen! (and they do let you take the designs away to think about!)

hi all you get is pushy sales people if you design your own you can have as much time you want and change it as many times as you want and at the end of it you dont have to buy a thing you can just turn ur computer off it is all about saving money if you get some one to your house or you go to them for a design you always end up paying for it one way or another
this is why wren ikea and other kitchen companys have easy basic design suites you can do yourself to keep costs down for them and us

I rang them just to get a catalogue - which I then decided not to have when the nice lady on teh phone told me how expensive they were.

Unfortunately this did not stop them ringing me roughly 3 times a week for umpteen weeks. I have even told them that I had bought and fitted a kitchen (at that stage I hadn't) just to get rid of them but to no avail. In the end I've had to get their number blocked.

nightmare - from that experience of them I'd avoid.

Kitchens Direct is the sister company to Moben Kitchens. Very over priced and very high pressure salesmen.
