Cheapest Cannon 1000D or 450D

argos are really well priced on digital slr camera at the moment.
originally i was looking at a canaon 400d, they were cheapest for that, but the delisted it from stock. same story with the 1000d.
i eventually got a 450d from them. cheapest on the market but a decent amount. if you know an employee you can get a further 10% of the price. my 450d with lense cost me around £340.
dont buy memory from them though, they are not cheap, not even reasonable.Mortgage £242500 on completion

I dont think you'll find it does. Just because a price comparsion website still has a product listed, doesn't mean it's still available. Canon we're shipping it with the IS lens when it forst came out, but it now the only 18-55 lens it ships with is the non IS one.You can get the 1000D with an IS lens too, just look at the options on https://www.camerapricebuster.co.uk all good suppliers will give the option.
Personally I'd just get the body and get a better lens, kit lenses are poor in general.0
