T-Mobile & 3G?

Some great deals on T-Mobile at the moment- am particularly interested in the Flext tarrifs with web n walk, including a Nokia 6280.
However, I can't seem to work out whether T-Mobile has a 3G network or not.
If I signed up to this, would I be able to browse the internet at 3G speeds, do video calling with the phone etc.?
Was hoping somebody better informed than myself might be able to clarify this...
Thanks in advance

Yes, T-Mobile have a 3G network - there is a T-Mobile 3G antenna a few hundred yards from my house. With a normal T-Mobile PAYG SIM card, it automatically switches to the 3G signal when there is one (and in a 3G compatible phone) - so I would assume that it will work exactly the same on contract and at full 3G speed.0
