Virgin upgrade 2mb-10mb

Has anyone done this upgrade that virgin is offering 2mb to 10mb ,they say log in and upgrade to 10mb, when I log in it does not get past the password page.Cannot see anywhere in the message if upgrade means free or up the price of package. Really fed up with Virgin it is so slow,
