    thank you both.

People have been laughing at me today when they ask me what I got for my birthday :o
I prefer to have practical presents that I am going to use and will save me money not having to buy them rather than another smelly set (and yes I got one of thos as well which will end up a re-gift -it probably is already lol)

My seeds are all dying off now I am really annoyed as I dont know what I am doing wrong

Happy Belated Birthday wishes from me , too!!!

I like practical presents too (although I wasn't impressed when DH bought me a dustbuster for my 30th!!) I tend to ask for stuff to go with our dinner service (Denby and used daily) - big items like casserole or serving dishes. Also gardening stuff - I've had a spade and fork, trowel, cold frame and other such stuff. I'd rather useful things that I want than something for the sake of it - I don't care if it's not a surprise (how surprising is a smelly set and pretty scarf and gloves anyway?! ;))

    What seeds have you planted?

Just flower seeds in my plastic frame. I think something has eaten some of them as the sticks are left on some of them and nothing else!!
I got given £20 cash and £20 M&S gift card so am going to buy another plastic frame as I have no room left in this one

 Oh you are a star I love you I love you I love you
I just bought the four tier one with the 20% code making it £16
So I paid an extra £6 but got an extra shelf :D and 540 points (£21.60 in deals)

so made £5.60 profit and got it for free :)
It makes a change to have extra points on something I was going to buy anyway :j

    thank you soooo much

figures for end of month below:

    Actual payments: Jan, £1,127; Feb, £1,127 March, £1,356 April £894 (Total = £4504)

    Original scheduled payments: Jan, £594; Feb, £594 March £594 April £594 (Total = £2,376)

    Payments over/above original schedule: Jan, £533; Feb, £533, March £762 April £300 (Total= £,2128)

Mortgage balance: Jan, £82,377: Feb, £81,648: March, £80,655 April, £79,999

My balance has been updated online and it shows - £79,555.80 :j

why is that so different from my SS, I know it would be a little out as I have been OPing through the month and saving a few pounds on daily interest but over £400 that can't be right can it?
If it is then I am better off than I expected :D
I can imagine I will look again tomorrow and it will have gone up again!

and if this is right then I am into the year 2021 to finish :)
