  • I agree i need to get more into toluna too. I really do need to get more in from the surveys. I have had a couple of weeks or working harder on dooyoo and getting my knitting done, and there are just not enough hours. The housework is falling behind too. I don't stop up as late as you though Pammy, otherwise i can't get up in the morning.

I have to be in bed by 10-10:30! Think of the money I could make if I wasn't such a lightweight!

My housework gets put to one side too lol I have a list as long as my arm of housework to do over the weekend. What a great exciting kid free weekend I have ahead of me :)

I have really tried to go to bed before midnight the last few days, I waste a lot of time watching tv at night. I need to start taking a bit more care of myself.

Have OP'd another £300 today making Jan total £1400 and 28% of my year target :D This is helped by no ctax and car ins next month

RIGHT I am going to type a to-do list on here in the hope that it will kick me into getting some of it done tomorrow. I have been really lazy today and done very minimal. The 'I'll do it tomorrow' routine really needs to stop with me as I am only going to go to bed tonight and wish I had done some today grrr

  • wow pammy £1400 for january thats fantastic!!:j:beer:
good luck on the housework...thats my plan for today too!!!
  • I have a similar list as long as my arm today Pammy so at least i know i am in good company. I can add iron school uniform and clean Ds1s school shoes. I know DH is not here, but he is limited use most of the time as he is so shattered and it is my job really to keep things ticking here.

Have you ever looked at flylady? I am not suggesting you join the thread as it is so quick moving and would only add more pressure to be online, but the principle is good in that you do something small every day and it does help.

The bits i try to keep to is do a washload every day to stay on top of washing, and make sure i wash up every night.

When i was doing it properly when i only had DS1 i felt much more positive about the house. I want to get back into it, and i am thinking of making a list of all the jobs i want to do every week and then print out and stick on the fridge so i can tick off as it gets done. There might be a bit of assistance then from DH if it is only picking up a few toys or putting a few things away.

I have cheated a bit and took £700 from my ppi pot at the beginning of the year so its going down :( and I could poss take another £500 to take me below £70k and another month off but I know if I do that I will see a car I like for more than my budget and regret it.

I forgot to add ironing too :( and probably other things I'll find along the way like sorting the kids toys cupboard if I feel like it!

My rooms downstairs look much better, feel like I have run a marathon tho! Am so shattered, will have a break, kids are back now and we settled down to dancing on ice.
