Confused! - Moving house new everything needed!

I'm moving to a new house soon, there is no line in the house and a telephone pole adjacent to the property. I'm used to virgin media cable phone, internet & tv and now moving out of town.
I looked up a broadband speed website and I can get 3.5mb from the exchange. the only item ticked on samknows is the ADSL option.
Talk talk seem to have a good deal on to install a line and it appears no line rental to pay to bt.
I've read about the bt line offer, but it seems a hassle, and I have also read that bt restrict their broadband from 5pm-midnight, which i don't like the sound of.
any advice?
