A conviction on what grounds? Unless there is some kind of agreement when you get the badge that it remains the property of the BBC then I can't see how it's breaking the law. Immoral yes, illegal perhaps not.0 -

If the entitlement to free entry is only for the badge winner and not just the person who happens to be holding the badge, then if the seller advertised the badges for the purpose of gaining admission to the attractions then they could be guilty of consipracy to obtain a pecuniary advantage by deception.0 -
