korky - glad you are feeling better this morning, it's horrible when you are feeling rough. Perhaps the heat & lack of sleep through the week made your body say 'no we need to rest' so you really did the best thing.

I'm up early while bf is still sleeping, need to try to catch up a bit more as still around 3,000 comps behind from the work-inflicted-break I had to take. I'm back into the swing now & will try to look through a load before I stop later for a shower & some studying. Exam in a few weeks now & I still need to get through the manual to the end!

Looks like it will be another warm day today....

no its not raining here looks like it will soon though, was hot all day yesterday too hot:rolleyes: but we did see a lancaster I think it was flyover from the waddingham airshow:D

hi VG yes, you're right, have been burning the candle at both ends just lately & with the heat think it all caught up with me
