Thanks for asking x talk about stress LOL . Endless lists of things to do. I submitted 60 pages of analysis to my supervisor and he found the section that I was worried about the most, the most interesting but I know there are many gaps. In fact, every comment he made I noted down myself but sometimes my nerves just can't take it! It does not help me to stress about lack of time and it is not easy to comprehend that after 5 years of doing it, I have to give a solid thesis of 80.000 words in 6-7 weeks. I feel there is a lot more to say but I have to stop now. I have almost finished the Lit review, the context, the analysis. I will still work in reverse on the methodology, conclusions and formatting. Also add more theoretical backbone to my analysis.

Last Sunday, I stayed up all night so nervous (slept only at 7 and had to swap work days)... I am basically getting there but need to concentrate 20 hours out of 24 and it is just not like me to concentrate ( I worry about the slightest things nowadays) but I am trying hard. It is only frustrating t think how much better I could have done if I had not been hugely distracted by some petty things over 5 years but I can't look back anymore, have to press on ...But the thought of finsihing is also terrifying... (He and I have to live apart soon after I finish and I HATE it)

Meeting my supervisor on Monday to discuss submission procedure etc

    phewww a newspaper ...:rotfl::rotfl:

It sounds like you are getting there. It's good that you are aware of the weak points in the arguments you are making, it gives you a chance to go back over and review them. 5 years!! What a nightmare, I only took 3 to do mine! Keep going, remember there is light at the end of the tunnel and it does sound like you are nearly there. I have my fingers crossed :D

Many thanks PD , I very much appreciate your support x

And thank you Esther ..you guys are wonderful x

Gemma, hope you feel better tomorrow

    Hi all!!

Had a nice day even though my top broke and I had to run off and buy another one....saw that cute guy again, and am going to find out if he's single as I definitely am interested and it seems that he is, too.

No wins to report. How's everyone?

    Evening all.
    Can't believe the time.
Had a fab day going to the village where I grew up to their gala day.
Kids were miserable at first but as soon as they saw the fairground they cheered up:rolleyes:

No wine for me tonight, had a bit too much sat here last night, so just had some tea and toast for supper, yummy.
Am going to bed soon I think.
I really can't be bothered to comp.
Dare I say it, might have a break for a while. I've actually been watching tv tonight, and that doesn't happen much. Old episodes of Jonathan Creek:rolleyes:
I've been working loads lately as well, so haven't had the time to comp either.

Oh well, I'll most likely be on here again tomorrow, but I'm not gonna bust a gut to get the comps done.
