I used the contact form on their website. I logged into my account and then clicked on 'contact us'. I had an automated reply to say they respond within 24 hours.
I'm really worried about it. I certainly don't want two pairs!
thank you will do that now as think i might have been harged twice, used my debit card but will not be able to see till monday as i have bits showing off my balance but not showing who to on account yet..

Thanks PD that is helpful and hopefully will be the same for me too. I just looked at my cc online but nationwide is doing some maintenance so I can't view my statement. I hope it's just easy and that's all, and that as I had the phone call on Thursday the original order had not been processed at all. Just told OH about it he seemed very annoyed (not with me, with them), I feel very stupid. I must be more careful.Life is all about the journey.0

Spoke to OH about it again, he said he'd sort it out so I don't need to worry about the credit card thing if there does turn out to be a problem. xx Hopefully there won't be a problem though and I'll get my blue boots soon!Life is all about the journey.0 -
Guys, just so you know Empire stores is part of Littlewoods. If you order and put it on your account then it will just show the discounted price but if you pay for it by card they always take the original price first and then refund the discount. It's an odd way to do it but is just the way they do it, so I wouldn't worry as I am sure your refunds will be back on your card in a few days, debit card refunds can take a few days anyway xxYou never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Toni it is not your fault!!! It is their system (technical issues) and apparently some got them. What PD said makes sense, they maybe debiting then crediting ...it is just their customer service x
