Thanks guys too for all your kind thoughts, I had a micro doze before hubby text me and woke me up! Feeling quite a bit better, still a bit shaky, but getting better. Definitely too much heat I think.

Ooo it's warm. I want to go home. Def don't want to play badminton after work! Walked to the pet shop at lunch - wore me out! 27 degress. Love the sunshine and the heat but like to be able to get inside into an air conditioned room too!
