Thanks Toni, might well be heat stroke, its incredibly hot here, 24 in the house! even hotter outside. I've just had something to eat so hoping that will help soon. Must say, it feels really horrid, as if I'm going to fall over or faint, all the time.

Jen drink loads of water maybe add a pinch of salt to it xxxIf u feel nauseaous ring nhs direct etc xxx

:hello: Everyone,

Hope all is well,I went out to a church to see a friend do a flower display for tomorrow.I got him a ornament Duck and an owl for the display and they paid me back for the items.

I have now come in and resent an mail to a friends sister for a flight they booked yesterday and it got sent this time so really delighted as I had delivery failure twice whilst sending it.

OMG I am too hot, too too hot !!!

Just had fishcake and chips for my dinner. Naughty but nice !!! I get about 20 mins to sit down now and then I have to go out again, its too hot for all this toing and froing !!!

No wins to report again, was hoping to end June on a high but its all gone very quiet here on the wins front.
