We had kind of supernoodles, well it was sainsbury's basics noodles mixed with chicken, brocoli, onion, thai green curry paste and chicken stock and it wasn't too bad eitherToo much month, not enough Cash!

I love yesterday-loved it. I started to cry in the car on the way to work I was so pleased with my accomplishment. I hope that doesn't sound boastful, it's just that for once I went for a goal and reached it-the change it has made in my life is immeasurable. (is that a word?)
Blubbing again. Thank you, all of you xxx
Which one is it Bun? What time does it start etc?
I blubbed as I crossed the line yesterday. I really didnt think I'd finish. I know what you all said but I was so going to fail in my head
I really want to carry on now and do more, though the way I ache right now, I'm not sure I'll be able to do much for a day or 2Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

It's a Race for Life, Shrewsbury 5k and I'm doing the 11am run. It's a gorgeous run (well, around the quarry) and feel free bring DD-WE'll have the conservatory done by then so more room for people to crash....and you are less than 2 hours in the car away...Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0

I never do 'portion' sizes - I used to be rubbish a stopping and knowing when I was full but one meal out in Paris a few years ago I ate so much I was nearly sick - it was the worst experience EVER and soooo embarrassing - so now I eat much more slowly and just stop when I feel nearly full - I still eat more than recommended but I figure eat when your body wants to and you cant go far wrong
(Only problem I have now is - what to do with the left overs)
