Bookie - that is excellent about the dragon book :rotfl: I wonder if dragon lady saw it and made someone she knows buy it for her so she has both copies!!

Called into Debenhams and bought a very casual sundress and also a skirt and t-shirt. Not 100% convinced about either outfit but will try them on again once I've had a bath and can always return them if I decide I don't like them.

I've had a really rubbish headache on and off since the run on Sunday. Had put it down to dehydration yesterday, but it's still pounding today, so I'm wondering if it's cos of my dodgy neck.

Right, better start making the house look presentable before he gets here I suppose!

....and with spectacular timing, it's now thundering and peeing it down, rendering both outfits completely inappropriate!!

Doc doesn't think there's anything to worry about. It's going down by itself so to keep an eye on iut and if it hasn't sorted itself in a couple weeks go back, or if it gets worse go back again straight away...

Bloody satnavs  I made the mistake of using one when coming home from visiting a friend - once I got into town I still followed it to the train station to collect OH even though I obviously knew the way  flucking thing took me the longest stupidest way possible, do you think they have independent thought and do it deliberately when you're on a route you should know?

Satnavs should only ever be used as a GUIDE. They are stupid machines, and shouldn't be taken as gospel.

Remember when your mother would say "If your friend told you to jump off a cliff would you do it?!" With satnavs, too many people drive off that cliff...

It was all good, I played very well considering I've not been near a kit in weeks. Got all tearful in the end and the legend guy was really sweet (as I sobbed on his shoulder:o ) I've worked with him once before and he's one of life's good people. I often find the very talented people are really down to earth and great to work with. The crapper they are the bigger the diva they are.

Anyway, all done, finished and final. I need a drink.

    The start of another.
