You must've passed us at some point because you started near the back didnt you?

Yes, we were right at the back! Damn toilet queue!! :rotfl: I didn't even need a wee anyway, it was just nerves!

I guess I must have passed you at some point, but I didn't see you. I really was in my own little world though - it was one of the most enjoyable runs I've ever done. Funnily enough though, near the start, me and Bunny saw someone who had 'Spud' on their shirt! But she was short and had blonde hair, so definitely not you! :)

I read about this the other day as an alternative to buying a Garmin/ Nike+ thingy - could be useful if you have a phone that does internet etc - http://trainingroom.taketothestreets.org/Welcome/greattrainer/default.aspx

And I have one of these for my phone and keys that I love!
    http://www.wiggle.co.uk/p/run/8/Nike_Running_Arm_Wallet~Phone_Case/5360043472/

I tend to just set the stopwatch on my phone, tuck it into my arm wallet and just run - happy enough to know my average pace over the whole run. Talking of which I had a really enjoyable 5.5 miles on Saturday, weather was sunny with a little breeze and I found a lovely route - apart from the extremely steep path up a hill that nearly killed me

Theres a nokia thing that does that kind of thing too - its free atm - live tracking via satelitte :eek:

Do RFL Spud, you get a shiny medal for that, and it's on a pink ribbon! :D
