I Need Help Removing Spyware!!

Ok, I am working on my parents computer and it is full of spyware, viruses etc.

I have run AVG 7 and it has removed quite a few viruses etc.
I have also used AdAware 6 to remove any spyware, which removed over 70 files!

But when I run Internet Explorer I still get a lot of pop-ups! Some explicit one's!

I have run HijakThis and this is the log file! Can someone tell me what I need to remove?

Its says that CWS is not present on my computer!

There is a thing called SlotchBar which i have found! :-/

Wildtangent is uaually considered spyware. I think I got rid of it via add/Remove programs option and adaware

although though the p**n one's are gone! Just rubbish ones now!

Have you checked what's going on at startup?

I use the one in spybot and have a lot of stuff it says is legitimate but unnecessary disabled as well

Get rid of this - web rebates is spyware. I would have expected Adaware or Spybot S&D to get rid of this though, you might need to run them in safe mode.
